For our first pride month, we published 'Entertainer of the Year Runner-Up', a creative non-fiction chapbook by Adrienne Walser, Arts & Culture editor of the iconic magazine Entropy.
This memoir on intimacy, pain, and bodies is as beautiful as it is engrossing. When we asked a copy editor to glance at the first page to check the layout, they accidentally read the entire book in a single sitting. Reading it on public transport makes people miss their stops. We recommend it highly, but are beginning to feel it should come with a warning.
Flashbulb is a celebration of ephemera. A series of limited edition publications made available to preorder for one week only, alongside a preview that disappears day by day.
At the end of the week, we print the number of preorders taken. The work never goes to general sale.
If you were there, you have a beautiful, temporary thing.
If you weren’t, there will be other Flashbulbs, but those that are gone are gone forever.
